Shipping and Return Policy


Please allow 48 hours for processing before you order is shipped. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days within the states. On holidays, festivals, and weather situations, please allow more days for shipping. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means a return must initiated within 14 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no signs of wear or distress, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All clearance items are final sale.

Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost on returned package. .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a 5% restocking fee. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Once we’ve received your package and inspected your return,if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund,make a separate purchase for the new item.

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, and the name of the defective product or if wrong item was shipped. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
